Before a movement program is designed for you, a full assessment will be given to establish your starting point. Any imbalances or injuries will be addressed with the use of corrective movement. Week by week as you gain strength your program will change.

Holistic movement will enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. You will learn to access your body's natural energy. With the use of energizing exercises and core conditioning, a beautiful, functional, healthy body will emerge. Daryl's program will teach you to incorporate play into your life.
